So, I'm a larger man. I've recently spent time wondering why I am struggling with weight issues. My doctor recently told me that I needed to shed a few pounds. Well, obviously, I thought to myself. He also told me to change my diet. This is what got me thinking.  I actually eat quite healthy. I always have a balanced diet. I eat everything that anyone is supposed to. Before you just to conclusions her, no, I'm not overindulging. I eat very moderate portions. What gives?
